cycleWASH Care – Extended Support
With a cycleWASH Care service contract, you benefit from extended support and a limited functional guarantee for up to 2 years standard, extendable to 5 years — beyond the standard warranty.

- On-site maintenance of critical components when necessary

Wear parts are not covered under warranty and are billed separately: pump membranes, impellers, roller-drive motors, chains, drive belts, nozzles, filter inserts, hoses, and clamps.
Not covered: damage from misuse, voltage spikes, third-party repairs, or force majeure.
Term & warranty
- 1-year contract, priced annually
- Auto-renews unless cancelled in writing 3 months before the end of the term
- Tied to the underlying purchase or lease contract
- Limited warranty per our Terms & Conditions
- Extended warranty matching the contract period (1–5 years) is available with a signed maintenance contract
Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes up to 8 weeks after payment is received and is confirmed in the order documentation.
