A complete wash cycle takes approximately 3 minutes with the Pro model and around 5 minutes with the Mini, depending on the model and wash program selected.

Every cycleWASH® machine uses about 3 litres per wash in ECO mode (closed-circuit recirculation). STANDARD mode uses around 12 litres per wash — comparable to a pressure washer — and needs a permanent fresh-water connection. Even in ECO that is up to 80% less than a manual hose wash (15–20 litres).

Yes. cycleWASH® uses gentle low-pressure technology with EASYClick foam/PE Mylex brushes — safe for carbon frames, suspension components, electronic groupsets, and delicate surfaces. No high pressure is used.

Yes. All cycleWASH® models are designed for both indoor and outdoor installation. The machines are weatherproof and designed for permanent or semi-permanent installation.

The Basic model includes the core washing system. The Platinum model adds integrated drying with low-pressure blowers, the LuftWASH for manual pre/post drying, and the SPIRIT App connectivity for remote monitoring, cashless payment, and usage analytics.

Yes. cycleWASH® offers an annual maintenance contract — €1,000/year for Mini / Station and €1,500/year for Pro — covering routine maintenance and a phone hotline (Mon–Fri). Limited warranty per our Terms & Conditions; extended warranty matching the contract period (1–5 years) is available when a maintenance contract is signed.

No. The machine operates fully without the app. The SPIRIT App is optional and adds value with cashless payment, usage tracking, and remote management.
