Packaging & freight
Two ways to ship it
Every machine leaves the works either pallet-wrapped or crated. Pallet wrapping is lighter, cheaper and quicker to unpack; the crate is built for the long journeys and is worth keeping. Whichever you choose is quoted as a separate line.

- Pallet-wrappedStrapped to its own pallet with corner protection and stretch film, at standard pallet dimensions — it travels as general cargo and comes off in minutes.
- CratedA plywood box built to the machine, styrofoam-lined on a reinforced pallet, dimensioned for container and air freight.
- The crate is screwed, not nailedIt opens with a cordless screwdriver and closes again — nothing is prised off or destroyed on arrival.
- And the crate has a second lifeKeep it and it houses the machine over winter, protecting it from frost at an outdoor site.
mini Platinum and mini Station: pallet-wrapped €400 net, crated €800 net.
Sized for the container
The machines stack, and a stack fits the width and height of a standard shipping container. A load carries machines rather than air, which is what keeps freight per unit down on export orders.

In the workshop
A service you can sell at the counter
The mini is small enough to sit in an existing workshop bay, so a wash becomes something you offer when a bike is booked in — not a new shop, a new process or a new customer base.
The bike comes in
A customer drops a bike off for a repair or a service, exactly as they do today.
You offer the wash
Added at intake as a paid extra. You set the price and invoice it yourself.
It goes back clean
Repaired and properly cleaned. The wash is the part the customer sees and remembers.
Throughput and time saving are indicative figures from partner operations (assuming a 30-minute hand wash) and are not a guarantee — actual numbers depend on soiling, staffing and how the wash is scheduled.
PATENTED BRUSH TECHNOLOGY
Anti-gravity brushes
The patented anti-gravity brushes carry their own weight: they follow the frame instead of pressing on it. Ideal for sensitive carbon frames and e-bikes.

FAQFrequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about cycleWASH®
Nico answers our most-asked questions in 10 seconds — the full FAQ is below.
What if a customer’s bike gets damaged?
The system is engineered so this doesn’t happen: a calibrated low-pressure spray and gentle EASYClick foam/PE Mylex brushes that never exceed pressure levels safe for electronics and delicate materials — field-proven on 1,000,000+ washed bikes. cycleWASH® is DEKRA safety-certified and protected by 33 international patents. That track record keeps the wash process uncritical from an insurance standpoint; our team is happy to walk through liability details with your quote.
What does maintenance really cost per year?
Fully predictable: the annual maintenance contract is €1,000/year for Mini and Station and €1,500/year for Pro — covering routine maintenance plus a phone hotline (Mon–Fri). Wear parts such as brushes, hoses, filters, pumps, roller-drive motors, and drive belts are consumables and billed separately.
What happens in winter / frost?
All models are designed for indoor and outdoor installation and are weatherproof. For outdoor operation below freezing, the water circuit should be drained down or kept frost-free — many operators simply move the machine indoors or pause operation for the season. Our team confirms the right frost-protection setup for your location with your quote.
Can it wash e-bikes safely?
Yes. The calibrated low-pressure spray system is specifically designed for e-bikes and carbon frames. Unlike pressure washers, it never exceeds pressure levels that are safe for electronics, drive units, and delicate surfaces — suspension components and electronic groupsets included.
What warranty do I get?
Limited warranty per our Terms & Conditions. Wear parts (brushes, hoses, filters, pumps, roller-drive motors, drive belts) are excluded. When you sign a maintenance contract, an extended warranty of 1–5 years — matching the contract period — is available.
How long does on-site installation take?
The cycleWASH needs no complex installation — place it, connect it, wash.
How much water and power does it use?
Very little: the cycleWASH Eco mode uses about 3 litres per wash, the Standard mode around 12 litres — comparable to a pressure washer. Power usage is between 1–5 kW peak depending on the configuration.
Purchase, rent, lease, or franchise?
Purchase: full upfront, 50/50 at time of order / delivery. Lease: flexible financing available on request. Rent: flexible rental options for seasonal and event operation. Franchise: partner program with a standard 3-year term and purchase option.
How fast does it pay back?
It depends on your wash price and traffic: at €3 per wash and 50 washes/day, a Mini generates roughly €4,500/month in revenue — typical payback is 8–18 months. Run your own scenario in our ROI calculator.
Which model fits my location?
Mini — compact and mobile: bike shops, events, hotels, smaller footprints. Pro — fully automatic for high traffic: bike parks, large dealers, rental fleets. Compare all models on the machines overview.
How does cycleWASH® work?
The Mini uses wet rotating brushes to clean frame and wheels semi-automatically — push the bike through in three steps for a one-pass wash. The Pro is fully automatic — wheel in your bike, press start, and the machine handles cleaning and drying.
Can it run on solar power?
Yes! All models support solar power. All models can have integrated inverter, charger, and lithium batteries, making it fully self-sufficient for remote or off-grid locations.
What’s the difference between Mini and Pro?
The Mini is the world’s most compact bicycle washing system — semi-automatic, ideal for limited spaces. The Pro is fully automatic with options for integrated drying and compressor, designed for high-volume commercial use.
Is it safe for all bicycle types?
Yes. The hybrid brushes adapt to every frame and wheel size. It safely cleans standard bikes, e-bikes, cargo bikes, and more without damaging paintwork or electronics.
What maintenance is required?
Periodic water recycling filters need cleaning. Inspection and replacement of wear-and-tear parts during yearly maintenance — e.g. V-belts — keeps maintenance very low. Wash brushes on all our machines so far have never been replaced. Our team provides full training and ongoing support.
