For card holders

Your cycleWASH card

The number on the front of your card is your account. Keep it to hand; it is all we need to help you.

Washing

Hold the card to the reader on the machine until it lights up, then choose the programme on the panel. The wash starts on its own.

What is on your card

A prepaid pack, a season pass, or a company account billed monthly. Ask the site that issued the card, or write to us with your card number.

Lost or damaged card

Write to sales@cyclewash.com with the card number. We block the old card and move the remaining balance to a new one.

No connection at the machine?

Cards keep working when the machine is offline. Your wash is recorded on the spot and settled once the connection returns.

Companies and sites

Cards are issued per site: one card per person or per desk, one monthly invoice through Stripe Billing. Ask us for a quote.

The cycleWASH card

One tap. No phone, no app.

Paying by phone covers most riders. The card covers everyone else: hand it out, tap it at the machine, settle it the way the site prefers.

Fleets and teams

Bike-shop staff, hotel guests, courier fleets, campus riders. One card per person or per desk, invoiced monthly to the company through Stripe Billing. No phone needed at the machine.

Kids and riders without a phone

Clubs, schools and campsites hand out cards instead of asking for a phone. A wash is a tap, whatever is in the rider's pocket.

Works offline

SIM down? The machine keeps serving card holders from the router's cached allow-list and settles up when the connection returns.

Loyalty built in

Ten washes prepaid, a birthday wash, a season pass. Loaded onto the card, redeemed with a tap. Nothing to install.
