How to buy a cycleWASH
We sell every cycleWASH directly, at the published list price. Questions? We are happy to help — just write to us.
💳 Payment terms
- Online orders: paid in full at checkout.
- Orders by quote or purchase order: two-thirds deposit with your order, remaining one-third before delivery.
📦 Shipping & delivery
- Prices: all prices are net and ex works Cologne (EXW).
- Shipping: on request we can support shipping to the port of destination — we prepare an offer for you. We can offer different Incoterms: see our shipping page to choose the right one and select it in the contact form.
- Your responsibility: transport, insurance, local taxes, import duties, tariffs, customs clearance and unloading are entirely the customer’s responsibility.
Machines in stock ship immediately. Otherwise, production starts once we receive your payment.
- All models (Mini, Mini Station and Pro): usually within 3–4 weeks
- Confirmation: the delivery date is confirmed in your sales order.

Planning a larger roll-out? For volume purchases of more than five machines we offer flexible alternatives such as leasing, rental and financing. Get in touch with us and we will put together the right solution for you.
Resellers: up to 30% discount on the list price for orders of more than 5 machines of the same model.
