The pack includes active thermal management — a low-power heating element keeps the pack above -5°C even in -30°C ambient. Efficiency drops by 12% below 0°C, but operation continues. Why LiFePO4 Over Standard Lithium-Ion?

We chose Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries for three reasons: safety, longevity, and temperature tolerance. Standard lithium-ion (NMC) cells are prone to thermal runaway — unacceptable for outdoor, unattended equipment.
